Neighbor Notification Information Variance/Rezoning • Letter of intent • Site Plan • Notification Letter (example attached) Notice of the proposed adjustment must be mailed by Certificate of Mailing to all adjacent and adjoining property owners. Proof of mailing must be submitted with this application. If confirmation of certificate of mailing is not received between 45 and 15 days prior to the scheduled meeting, the application will not be heard by the Planning Commission or the Board of Commissioners. The request will be rescheduled to the next available meeting that meets all legal notice requirements.
