PROJECT DESCRIPTION This project focuses on the rehabilitation of Blue Ridge Overlook, extending from SR 53 to the County Line. The scope includes a 10-inch reclaimed base, a 2-inch asphalt binder layer, and an asphalt topping for the 24-foot- wide roadway. Additional improvements will feature striping and raised pavement markers. Blue Ridge Overlook and Keith Evans Road will be awarded under a single contract, with the contract time shared between both projects.
