This class action is known as the National Distributor Settlement and Janssen/J&J Settlement, respectively. The National Distributor Settlement funds will be disbursed on an 18-year plan, while the Janssen/J&J Settlement funds will be disbursed on a 9-year plan. Dawson County has received funds from these class action litigations that will be available for a grant to local non-profits serving Dawson County citizens. This funding is for non-profit organizations serving Dawson County citizens. Organizations will provide W9 with application.
