WAIVER OF EXTRADITION DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA I, am now in the custody of the authorities in Dallas County, Iowa, due to a pending charge in the State of I have been informed by the undersigned Judge of my rights to demand the issuance and service of Governor’s Warrant of Extradition from the State of Iowa. Since I am in custody, the Court has also informed me that I have a right to apply for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. I do hereby waive the issuance and service of a Governor’s Warrant of Extradition and all other extradition proceedings as outlined in Section 820 of the Code of Iowa. I freely and voluntarily do agree to return to the State of I understand that an agent from the above State shall accompany me to such State so that I can answer to the criminal charge pending against me. I understand that once I sign this form I will be held without bond. I understand that once I sign this form I will be held until I am picked up by the State that wants me and that there is no time limit on that state. I can be held indefinitely.
