DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA CHAPTER 7 TITLE I - POLICY AND ADMINISTRATION CHAPTER 7 COMMISSION OF VETERANS AFFAIRS 7.1 Purpose 7.2 Commission Establishment 7.3 Commission Duties 7.1 PURPOSE: An ordinance prescribing the Veterans Affairs program in Dallas County, Iowa, pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 35B (as may be amended hereafter) Be it enacted by the Board of Supervisors of Dallas County, Iowa: 7.2 Commission Establishment: The Dallas County Board of Supervisors shall appoint a 3 member commission of Veterans Affairs pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 35.B (as may be amended hereafter) 7.3 Commission Duties: The Commission of Veteran Affairs shall follow the prescribed guidelines and duties in accordance with Iowa Code Chapter 35B (as may be amended hereafter)
