Colusa County Ordinance Section 3-7: Dogs at Large It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or cause any dog owned, controlled, harbored or kept by him to roam, run or stray away from the premises where the same is kept or harbored, at any time, except in the company or custody and under the control of the owner or of some responsible person duly authorized by such owner.
