This program provides an opportunity for young children to interact with other children their own age and provides a chance for parents to get to know other parents in the community. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS Child Health Plus Child Health Plus offers health insurance to children ages birth through 18 years within New York State who family income falls within certain limits. The purpose of Child Health Plus is to ensure that all eligible children receive the basic, routine, preventive health care that keeps children healthy and protects them from common childhood diseases and illnesses. Child Health Plus is made available by New York State law that provides funding for children’s health insurance. Family Health Plus Family Health Plus offers health insurance to individuals ages 19-64 years within New York State who family income falls within certain limits. The purpose of Family Health Plus is to ensure that all eligible individuals receive basic, routine, prevention health care that keeps people healthy and protects them from common diseases and illnesses.
