Time limit for this station is 30 minutes. 02/2007 Criteria: Pass Fail Turns on PASS device Stays low Uses hands or feet to guide them through maze Descends inclines, stairs or drop-offs feet first Sizes-up uncertain areas before entering Demonstrates procedures for restrictive areas Demonstrates confidence throughout maze Spreads feet when ascending or descending stairs Demonstrates no reckless actions while in maze All PPE worn correctly throughout evolution Face piece remains covered and in place throughout Completes maze without exhausting air supply Evaluator Notes
