RUTH STANTON Superintendent of Highways Deputy Superintendent of Highways Fiscal Officer ADDENDUM NO.1 TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR: Airport Consultant Engineering Services Term Agreement Five Year Term: 2017 – 2022 Cortland County Airport Date Issued: July 13, 2017 General: Addendum No. 1 clarifies the maximum number of pages allowed for the submission of a Statement of Qualifications. The body of the SOQ must be limited to 15 pages or less. Resumes of key personnel may be added as an attachment and include as many resumes as needed to depict the experience of a firm’s staff. Under the heading “QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS”, remove the first sentence and replace it with the following: “All resumes of key personnel may be attached to the SOQ. The SOQ must be 15 pages or less, the attachment containing the resumes of key personnel may be as many pages as needed to accurately depict the experience of the firm’s staff. To be considered, SOQ’s must include the following information:”
