The DBE goal for fiscal years 2018 through 2020 is 3.4%. The proposed goal and rationale are available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Cortland County Highway Department located at 4267 Traction Drive, Cortland, NY 13045. Comments shall be made and documents will be available for 30 days from the date of this publication.
