The purpose of this addendum is to address conflicting notes in the contract drawings on sheets 13 and 14 and to clarify that the required removal plan does not need to be signed by a registered Professional Engineer. Changes to the Contract Drawings (11 x 17 set) 1. On sheet number 14 from the set of contract drawings, Delete the second sentence in note number 5.
