ADDENDUM NO. 1 to the Request for Proposals for the RECYCLING TRANSFER STATION OPERATIONS COUNTY OF CORTLAND Date of Issue: November 17, 2017 TO ALL HOLDERS OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): Your attention is directed to the following change to the RFP for the RECYCLING TRANSFER STATION OPERATIONS, County of Cortland, New York proposals, which are scheduled to be received on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. IN THE RFP: 1. On Page 4, Section 1.0 PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION, first bullet of second paragraph, delete the contract length of year with three year renewals and replace with years with three year renewals.
