PUBLIC NOTICE The Cortland County Health Department is responsible for the enforcement of the Adolescent Tobacco Use Prevention Act (Article 13F of the New York State Public Health Law). This Act prohibits the sale of all tobacco products to persons under eighteen years of age, and requires public notification of violators. The following tobacco vendor was recently found to have violated the Adolescent Tobacco Use Prevention Act by selling tobacco products to a minor. The number of violations that each vendor has also appears.
