LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Legislature of the County of Cortland, New York (“County”) desires to cause the preparation of surveys, preliminary plans and detailed plans, specifications and estimates necessary for planning the construction of a new public safety complex (the “Design Project”), and that at a meeting to be held by the Cortland County Legislature on March 31, 2016, starting at 6:00 p.m. in the Legislative Chambers of the Cortland County Office Building, 60 Central Avenue, Cortland, New York 13045, consideration will be given on a resolution relating to the proposed Phase II of the Public Safety Complex entitled: Reimbursement Resolution of the County of Cortland, New York, Adopted on March 31, 2016, Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse an Original Expenditure from the County’s General Fund with the Proceeds of Tax-Exempt Indebtedness in Accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.150-2.
