LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Legislature of the County of Cortland, New York ("County") has determined that the current and future needs of the County may be served by the construction of a Cortland County Public Safety Facility to include facilities for the Sheriff, jail, emergency services and other municipal needs as may be determined by the County, and that at a meeting to be held by the Cortland County Legislature on March 31, 2016, starting at 6:00 p.m. in the legislative chambers of the Cortland County Office Building, 60 Central Avenue, Cortland, New York 13045, consideration will be given on a resolution relating to the proposed Phase II of the Cortland County Public Safety Complex entitled: Resolution Determining that the Design and Environmental Review of the Proposed Cortland County Public Safety Facility Project, to Include the Construction of a New County Jail Project, and the Funding of Such Design, Including the Issuance of Bonds And/Or Notes, Constitutes a Type II Action Pursuant to SEQRA.
