Lindsey Stokes (GIS Department) received the Advanced Certificate of Public Works Management in January. The opportunity is presented by the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government. She has attended 90 hours of training over the last few years to accomplish this goal!
