BIENNIAL MANDATORY COMPLIANCE TRAINING 2025 Updated May 1, 2025 If you report to an elected official, please check with your supervisor to confirm if you should take this training. For example, the Sheriff’s Office handles its own training. County employees are required to renew Compliance Training by June 30, 2025. NOTE: These videos are new so please make sure to log in to these specific video links. Establish a time approved by your supervisor to complete the training during your workday. HOW TO ACCESS THE VIDEOS: 1. Click on this link: www.theEAP.com and select “Member Login” on the upper right side of the screen. 2. Sign In by entering your “Username” and “Password”. If you don’t remember your password, click on the orange “Recover Password” button. If you need help logging in or accessing the videos, call 1-[PHONE REDACTED] Ext. 575 or email [EMAIL REDACTED] . HR cannot help you with passwords. 3. NEW: If you haven’t recently verified your EAP account, you will be prompted to enter an email address, and then you will have to verify an ESI link in your chosen email account. After that, you will be logged in. 4. Once signed in on the home screen: a. Scroll down and click on “Training Center” b. Then click “Comprehensive Training Library” c. In the search bar at the top of the screen, type in the video number (Example: SVL_1020317). Course code links can be found listed below in the right column. You can copy and paste the course codes if necessary. (All course codes start with the letters SVL and then have an underscore mark followed by a 6 or 7 digit number.) 5. Launch the training video and follow the instructions. Make sure to successfully complete the quiz at the end of each video. 6. NEW: YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEND IN YOUR CERTIFICATES TO HR WHEN YOU ARE DONE. HR WILL GET A REPORT FROM ESI AFTER JUNE 30, 2025, AND WE WILL UPDATE YOUR RECORDS IN MUNIS FOR YOU.
