Requests received by 4:30 p.m. may be performed the following business day Email: [EMAIL REDACTED] • Provide the permit number, project address, type of inspection and contact information • Building trade rough-ins and work above the ceiling must be complete A Certificate of Occupancy is required prior to use or occupancy Required Fire Inspections: Life Safety 80% and 100% Building Life Safety 80% and 100% Alarm Life Safety 80% and 100% Sprinkler Life Safety 100% Hood Suppression Life Safety 80% Prior to ceiling cover up • Complete set of approved plans (including fire sprinkler and alarm plans) are on site. • Proper permits exist for fire sprinkler, alarm and suppression if work has started. • Fire department access, fire hydrant access and location. • Fire rated assemblies, plenum spaces and firestopping. • Fire sprinkler piping, hangers, head spacing and valves. • Fire alarm wiring. • Egress • ADA Life Safety 100% When all work is complete. • Complete set of approved plans (including fire sprinkler and alarm plans) are on site. • Proper permits. • Complete inspection of site and building. • Witness acceptance testing of life safety systems. • Collect certifications and acceptance test documents • Egress • ADA
