Therefore, we are required to obtain a signed, notarized affidavit from you verifying your compliance with this Act (see attached forms). If you feel that you are exempt from this Act, please provide us with a written explanation that is supported by the law (see Official Code of Georgia Annotated 13-10-91). To enroll in E-Verify and obtain your company’s EEV/E-Verify Company ID Number, visit www.e-verify.gov. Once you have your Company ID Number, complete the E-Verify Form, have notarized and submit to Columbia County according to the options below.
