NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Columbia County Planning Commission on June 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Building A Auditorium at the Evans Government Complex, 630 Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, Georgia to consider the application for a major S-1 (Special) plan revision by owner Clark Grove Baptist Church (Michelle Cowart) and applicant Michelle Cowart for property located at 3592 Evans to Locks Road, Tax Map 082 Parcel 056, 1.09 acres, and currently zoned S-1 (Special). The applicant is requesting the revision to allow a new church building and additional paved parking on the site. If you would like to comment on the proposed revision, but are not able to attend the public hearing, you may submit written comments to Mr. Will Butler, Planning Manager, Columbia County, 630 Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, Georgia 30809 at any time prior to the start of the public hearing.
