Greater Clarks Hill Regional Library Board Meeting March 14, 2024 • 11:00 am In attendance: Greater Clarks Hill Regional Library System Board • Tripp Calloway, Columbia County • Lindsey Brantley, Columbia County • Bill Speer, Columbia County • Windy Bedingfield, Columbia County • Bill Tinley, Burke County • Kay Light, Lincoln County • Lynn Crews, Burke County Missing • Rita Johnson, Warren County • One more Columbia County member will be voted on at CCLB Meeting. Staff • Mary Lin Maner, Library Director • Devin Morris, Regional Administrative Coordinator Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 11:01 am. Chairperson and Vice Chairperson Election Lindsey Brantley motioned to nominate Bill Tinley for Chair; Kay Light seconded. All voted in favor. Lindsey Brantley motioned to nominate Tripp Calloway for Vice Chair; Kay Light seconded. All voted in favor. Approval of Agenda The December agenda was approved. Approval of Minutes The September minutes were approved. Treasurer’s Report Financial report was given to the board. Director’s Report LibTech Grant have been distributed.
