Yes No If yes, initial to signify compliance with the outside consumption requirements below: Any licensee may sell alcoholic beverages in a paper or plastic cup for removal from the premises; provided, however, that the alcoholic beverage is not placed in a can, bottle or other glass container and, further provided, that the licensee may sell no more than one alcoholic beverage per person, per transaction, and no person shall remove more than one alcoholic beverage from the premises at a time; and Any alcoholic beverage dispensed pursuant to this section shall not exceed 16 fluid ounces in size and no person shall possess an open container containing an alcoholic beverage in excess of 16 fluid ounces on the streets, sidewalks, parks, squares or other public places within the area described in this section. No person shall possess more than one alcoholic beverage at a time. Initial to signify compliance with the happy hours or similar promotions regulations below: Sec. 6-92. - Happy hours or similar promotions. No retail consumption dealer, his employees or agents, in connection with the sale of alcoholic beverages, shall: Offer or deliver any free alcoholic beverage to any person, except as permitted under section 6-118; Deliver more than one alcoholic beverage to one person at a time; Sell, offer to sell, furnish or cause to be furnished to any person an unlimited number of alcoholic beverages during any set period of time for a fixed price, except at private functions not open to the public; Increase the volume of alcohol contained in a drink without proportionately increasing the price regularly charged for such alcoholic beverage; Encourage or permit on the premises any game or contest which involves the drinking of alcoholic beverages or the awarding of alcoholic beverages as a prize; and Sell, offer to sell, furnish or cause to be furnished any alcoholic beverages for a price less than the cost of the ingredients to the licensee, except as permitted under section 6-118. No retail consumption dealer shall advertise or promote in any way, whether within or without the premises, any of the practices prohibited under subsection of this section. Distilled spirits sold through in-room service shall not be sold in packages containing less than 200 milliliters each.
