Greater Clarks Hill Regional Library Board Meeting May 23, 2023 • 11:00 am In attendance: Greater Clarks Hill Regional Library System Board Russell Wilder, Columbia County Marlena Bergeron, Columbia County Tripp Calloway, Columbia County Windy Bedingfield, Columbia County Lindsey Brantley, Columbia County Rita Johnson, Warren County Lynn Crews, Burke County Bill Tinley, Burke County Missing Kay Light, Lincoln County Staff Mary Lin Maner, Library Director Devin Morris, Regional Administrative Coordinator Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 11:01 am. Approval of Agenda The agenda was approved unanimously and without comment. Approval of Minutes The minutes from the December meeting were approved unanimously and without comment. Treasurer’s Report Financial report was given to the board. Budgets are all on target We have been reimbursed $3000 for the 1000 Books before Kindergarten program from GPLS. That will be spent on items for the relaunch that will happen in the fall. Director’s Report Summer Reading kicked on May 24 and will run through the middle of July. Mary Lin explained the draft of the 2024 budget and answered any questions. Report of Committees None. ---PAGE BREAK--- New Business None. Unfinished Business None. New Business None.
