4/9/25 For Existing Users: Prompt to provide an email address and verify it the first time they sign in. If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you must contact ESI for assistance here. Once the email is verified, users will be able to log in using their username OR email address tied to their account. Password changes will be handled via a link to user’s email instead of the current Security Q&A. You will need to have a verified email address on your account before you can use the automated password reset. If you currently have your login for the site saved in a password manager or in your web browser, that will not automatically pop up after the change and would require you to update the saved entry. New Profile page: After signing in, you can update your first or last name, email and password using the new profile link in the upper left corner. For New Users: New registration form with better instructions for the fields. Email entered on the registration form will be validated by clicking on a link that is sent to that address. Once the email is verified, users will be able to log in using their username OR email address tied to their account. Note: HR does not have access to usernames or passwords, so employees will have to contact ESI for that type of help. Click this link for their email.
