ORDINANCE NO. 2019-10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5, SECTION 5-5-1 B, OF THE CITY OF CODY CODE: FIREWORKS – SALES, LICENSE AND USE: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Title 5, Chapter 5, Section 5-5-1 B, of the City of Cody Code, shall be amended to provide as follows: B. Each firework and pyrotechnic business shall obtain a business license as provided for in title 3, chapter 1 of this code, and the annual license fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00). This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
