ORDINANCE NO. 2011- 13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-15-12 OF THE CITY OF CODY MUNICIPAL CODE BY PROVIDING PROCEDURE FOR REVIEW AND APPEAL REGARDING CITY OF CODY SIGN CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Section 10-15-12 SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: 10-15-12: REVIEW AND APPEAL AUTHORITY A. Interpretation of sign regulations: When it is required that an interpretation be given to the standards and regulations specified in this code, said interpretation shall be made by the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board, and shall remain final unless appealed to and over-ruled by the City Council. B. Deviation, waiver, or vary from the sign code: When an applicant wants to deviate or vary from the standards contained in this Code, the applicant shall apply for a Special Exemption pursuant to 10-14-2 of the Cody City Code. This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
