WYOMING VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK FUND PO BOX 2681 CODY, WYOMING 82414 MEMORIAL BLOCK DONOR SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT I/We, , accept the offer to be a "Paver Block Donor" in support of Wyoming Veterans Memorial Park. A tax deductible donation of $250, minimum donation, is enclosed. Checks to be made payable to: Wyoming Veterans Memorial Park Fund. The donor blocks are available to Honor Veterans of all branches of service who have served at any time or during any war or to recognize persons, families or entities who wish to support this project. The Granite Blocks will be inscribed as follows: up to four lines, all CAPITALS, with maximum of 16 letters and spaces per line. The Pavers are one foot square granite, with cut lettering, to be laid along the memorial walks that lead to the monuments throughout the Veterans Memorial Park. They will be laid in the order they are purchased, however where possible, family groups will be kept together. Only one name to be honored per block will be accepted. A Donor may have names or comments on their block, as they desire, as long as it meets the space allowance and does not disrespect the spirit of this project.
