ORDINANCE NO. 2014-06 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 13, NONCONFORMING USES, OF THE CITY OF CODY MUNICIPAL CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Title 10, Chapter 13, NONCONFORMING USES, is repealed in its entirety. This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
