ORDINANCE NO. 2014-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 1, SECTION 2 OF THE CODY CITY CODE - ADOPTION OF UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Section 1: Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 2 is hereby amended to provide as follows: 6-1-2: ADOPTION OF UNIFORM ACT REGULATING TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS: Wyoming Statutes chapter 5, sections 31-5-101 through and including 31-5-1507, as amended, being the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated in this section as part of this code as fully as if completely set out in full herein. One copy of these provisions shall be kept at City Hall for examination and inspection by the public.
