Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center • Cody Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities • City of Cody, Wyoming 1402 Heart Mountain Street • Cody, Wyoming 82414 • (307) 587-0400 Corporate Membership Plans (CMPs) are available to qualifying organizations interested in purchasing membership passes for any of their employees and their families. Qualifications: • To qualify for a CMP, your organization must have and provide a valid federal taxpayer identification number. Non-profit organizations may instead provide a letter of verification or determination from the I.R.S. of their 501(3)(c) status. • Passes may only be issued to current employees and their families. • Employees may either get an individual membership or a family membership, which includes passes for themselves, their spouse, and any children living in their household who are claimed as dependents as per I.R.S. guidelines. Payments: • Every pass within the organization has the same renewal date. • All employees’ membership fees are paid by the organization in one annual payment; employees do not pay the Recreation Center directly. • Payments may be made by check or credit card. • Electronic Funds Transfer agreements payments) are not available for CMPs. • Employees may get new passes before the organization’s renewal date. We prorate the fees based on the number of full months remaining. • Passes under a CMP may be transferred to another employee for a $10 administrative fee. The organization also pays the difference of the cost of pass type if the new pass type is of greater value transferring from an individual to family membership). This difference is prorated based on the number of full months remaining until the organization’s renewal date. There are no refunds for transferring to a pass type of lesser value. • All pass fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
