ORDINANCE NO. 2011- 05 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-15-4 OF THE CITY OF CODY MUNICIPAL CODE BY PROVIDING INTERPRETATION PROVISIONS TO THE SIGN CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Section 10-15-4 SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: 10-15-4: INTERPRETATION PROVISIONS A. Provision Intent: The provisions of this chapter are not intended to abrogate any other ordinance of the City which is more restrictive than the provisions of this chapter. B. Uncertainty of Ordinance Provisions: Whenever the application of this chapter is uncertain due to ambiguity of its provisions, the application shall be referred to the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board for a determination and clarification. C. Severability: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this chapter is, for any reason, held invalid or unconstitutional or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
