ORDINANCE NO. 2016 - 17 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 7C, SECTION 5, OF THE CITY OF CODY CODE: SALARIES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Title 1, Chapter 7C, Section 5, of the City of Cody Code, shall be amended as follows: 1-7C-5: A. The annual salary for the mayor shall be twenty four thousand ($24,000.00) commencing January 1, 2009, and shall be paid in twenty six (26) biweekly installments. B. Each governing body member shall be paid compensation quarterly in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) for actual attendance at each regular or special meeting of the governing body, or any committee meeting. C. The annual salary for the municipal court judge shall be thirty six thousand ($36,000) and shall be paid in twenty four (24) installments. Alternate municipal court judges shall receive compensation at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100) per hour for each hour, or proportion thereof, such alternate judge provides services to the City as a municipal court judge. This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
