ORDINANCE NO. 2011- 14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-15-13 OF THE CITY OF CODY MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR PENALITIES FOR VIOLATION OF THE SIGN CODE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Section 10-15-13 shall read as follows: 10-15-13: PENALITIES A. Violation Unlawful: The violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or the erection, use or display of any sign not in compliance with all the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be declared to be a misdemeanor, punishable in the City of Cody Municipal Court by a fine not to exceed $750. B. Revocation of Permit: Failure to abide by and faithfully comply with any and all terms and conditions that may be attached to the granting of any sign permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or failure to abide by the terms and provisions of this code, shall constitute grounds for the revocation of the permit by the City Planner or Building Official. This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
