ORDINANCE NO. 2019-08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 3, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 3-3-3, OF THE CITY OF CODY CODE: TAXICAB FEES: LICENSE DURATION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Title 3, Chapter 3, Section 3-3-3, of the City of Cody Code, shall be amended to provide as follows: The fee for a license to operate taxicabs as provided in this chapter shall be one hundred dollars(100.00) for the first taxicab and fifty ($50.00)for each additional taxicab per year that is to be operated. All such licenses issued shall be on a calendar year basis from January 1 to December 31. Fees shall not be prorated for licenses issued midyear. Licenses which are not renewed by December 31 shall expire. In such instances the license cannot be renewed, however the operator may submit an application for a new license This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
