ORDINANCE 2012-09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HEREIN BELOW IDENTIFIED SECTIONS OF TITLE 8 CHAPTER 2 ARTICLE II, OF THE CODY CITY CODE TO MODIFY WATER METERS; INSPECTIONS; SERVICE CHARGES. Article II, Section 8-2-37 shall be hereby amended as follows: 8-2-37: WATER METERS; INSPECTIONS; SERVICE CHARGES: The following charges apply to all levels of service, in addition to any other charges: Connection and reconnection charge: Normal office hours (7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) $ 25 .00 Other than normal office hours $ 60 .00 Returned check charge $ 30 .00 Utility service deposits shall be as outlined in the city electric ordinance, chapter 1 of this title. Refer to City Codes 8-1-9 & 8-1-14 Meter testing: Testing of meters more than once at customer's request in a 12 month period, where meter is found to be accurate within 3 percent $ 50 .00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, WYOMING; PASSED ON FIRST READING _____April 3, PASSED ON SECOND READING _____April 17, PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THIRD AND FINAL READING. 1, Nancy Tia Brown, Mayor ATTEST: Baker, Administrative Services Officer
