ADDENDUM NO. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Electric Division Facilities Needs Analysis All qualified firms and/or individuals submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the referenced project are hereby notified of the following modifications: 1. SOQ packages must be received no later than 3:00 PM on May 6, 2022 April 22, 2022 (extended by 14 days). 2. All written questions must be submitted prior to close of business on April 26, 2022 April 12, 2022, and responses to any questions answered will be posted on the City’s website before close of business on May 2, 2022 April 15, 2022. 3. The Evaluation and Section Schedule is modified as follows: May 6, 2022 SOQ Proposals Received May 27, 2022 Evaluation & Ranking Complete, #1 invited to enter negotiations June 15, 2022 Scope of Work and Fee Negations Complete June 21, 2022 Professional Services Agreement approved by City Council Week of June 27, 2022 Project Kickoff Meeting Issued and published to the City of Cody Website on April 18, 2022 .
