ORDINANCE NO. 2014-02 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4, ARTICLES I-V, GARBAGE, REFUSE AND WEEDS, OF THE CODY CITYCODE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CODY, PARK COUNTY, WYOMING: Title 4, Chapter 4, Articles I-V, entitled Garbage, Refuse and Weeds, ARE REPEALED in their entirety. This Ordinance shall become effective at the final passage and publication in the Cody Enterprise as required by law.
