Town of Summerhill Planning Board Meeting March 15, 2018 Town Hall Attending: Barb Harvey, Chair; Brian Stout, Jeff Ten Eyck, Christina Ripley, Secretary Absent: Tom Ripley Others Present: Shane Baldino The meeting was called to order with the Pledge to the Flag led by B. Harvey at 7:15 PM. Minutes for February 15, 2018 were approved with corrections: Barb contacted John Zepko, Cayuga Planning Board. Public Hearing for 1482 Lick was discussed but not voted on per recording. Corrected 4/7/18 Motion made by Brian Stout Seconded by Barb Harvey Carried: 4 ayes Old Business Citizen’s Survey tallying still in progress Waiting to hear from 1482 Lick Street, on Sketch Plan Meeting. Ten Eyck Brewery passed at the March 13th Town Board Meeting. Committee Reports B. Stout reported: No report J. Ten Eyck reported: No report C. Ripley reported: Assigned tasks from previous month completed B. Harvey reported: Letter out to 1482 Lick Street. New Business Citizen’s Survey Workshop?
