Town Of Locke, NY – Planning Board Minutes of April 4, 2018 1. Meeting Opened At: 7:00p.m. 2. Attendance: 3. Members Present: Ralph Crandall, Linda Fox, Don Francis, Ellen Prusinowski 4. Members Absent: 5. Others in Attendance: Paul Coen 6. Reading of Minutes from Last Meeting(s): None 7. Public Hearing: May 1, 2018 7:00 p.m. Paul Coen Minor Sub division 408 Chipmans Corners Road, Locke NY 13092 8. New Business: Minor Sub Division preliminary review for 408 Chipmans Corners Road, Locke NY 13092, Paul Coen & Susan McCouch owners In regards to meetings, if there is no new business there will be a note on the door and an email will be sent to town clerk notifying her of such. In regards to Zombie properties, our recommendations are that the properties 1st level be boarded up at the owner’s expense with a posted sign and the fire department be notified that they are vacant and if the owners don’t do these measures the town will and they will be billed. This is for the safety of all others. We are asking the town clerk information on the 4 hours of training that is required, and if were able to do so on the town computer? ---PAGE BREAK--- We discussed having the town clerk meet with the planning board to be sure that there are packets made up for proper application to be handed out to the public for sub divisions. 9.
