Town of Summerhill Planning Board Meeting June 21, 2018 Town Hall Attending: Barb Harvey, Chair; Brian Stout, Shane Baldino Absent: Tom Ripley, Jeff Ten Eyck (ex) The meeting was called to order with the Pledge to the Flag led by B. Harvey at 7:05 PM. Minutes for May 17, 2018 were approved. Motion made by Brian stout Seconded by Shane Baldino Carried: 3 ayes Communications: None. New Business Planning board members who are going to the August training session on site plan reviews are encouraged to start thinking about any questions they may have before going to training. Old Business Citizen’s Survey tallying is complete. Hand out was given to the Planning Board members providing guidelines on property splits. Content is below. Committee Reports No Reports. Motion by B. Stout to adjourn; second by Shane Baldino and approved unanimously. Next Planning Board Meeting will be Thursday, July 19, 2017 at 7:00. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
