Village of Fair Haven Board of Trustees Employee Handbook Workshop January 23, 2017 The meeting began at 7:00 p.m. Board members present Mayor James Basile, Deputy Mayor Walter Krehling, Trustee Judith Dunaway and Trustee Holley Webster-Goolden. Also present Village Clerk-Treasurer Terri DiGregorio, Deputy Clerk Johanne Van Der Linden, DPW Superintendent Roger Granatiero, Ambulance Supervisor/Zoning Officer Stan and DPW employee Carrie Bolton. The Board of Trustees met to discuss revisions to the Village of Fair Haven Employee’s Handbook. Items discussed were: DPW dress code The designation of a holiday being 8 hours The amount of years employed to earn vacations Clarification of medical benefits for retirees Early departure on a work day Bereavement leave Overtime 4 hour call in policy Drug Testing after an accident on the at work The meeting was concluded at 8:20 p.m. Unapproved minutes respectfully submitted.
