SPECIAL MEETING, TOWN BOARD OF GENOA January 27, 2016 A Special meeting of the Town Board of Genoa, Cayuga County, State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on January 27, 2016 Present Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor Clair Culver Cheryl Shields, Board Member Jason Turek Don Slocum, Board Member Kim Bennett Brandon White, Board Member Al Board Member Sue Moss, Clerk The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Supervisor Lorie Sellen-Gross with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Kim Bennett handed out to the Board, the Checklist for Review of Justice Court Records for 2015. He went over each page and answered questions from the Board. Lori will sign and sent out this report. A copy will be given to Judge Orkin. Clair Culver, who is employed by O’Hara Machinery, was at the meeting to speak to the Board about the GPS antenna he would like to mount on top of the King Ferry water tower located. He feels the local farmers would get a much more accurate signal for their tractors at this location. Mark brought this to the Board’s attention at the December 9, 2015 Board meeting. (See the 12/09/15 minutes). Mr. Culver would like to test this equipment to see if the signal is strong in that location. He brought in the equipment to show the Board exactly what would be placed on the water tower. The Board agreed to the equipment testing. With no further business, on a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. Carried unanimously. Susan B. Moss, Town Clerk
