LL#1 Floodplain Management TOWN OF GENOA RESIDENTS Notice of Adoption of Local Law 1 of 2007 regarding Floodplain Management Local Law 1 of 2007 was adopted unanimously by the Town Board of Genoa on July 11, 2007. This local law is to bring the Town of Genoa in compliance with the floodplain management requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program contained in Federal regulations 44 CFR 60.3 through CFR 60.6 to insure the Town’s continued participation in the National Flood Insurance Program. The Local Law shall take effect immediately and upon filing with the New York Secretary of State. Dated: July 19, 2007
