Cayuga County Development Authority – CCDC Board of Directors Committee Structure and Membership FY11 CCDC 2011 Committee Structure & Membership 1 Cayuga County Development Corporation - CCDC Committee Structure and Committee Membership FY 2011 Introduction The Cayuga County Development Authority (“CCDC” or the “Authority”) has established a standing committee structure focused on good governance and compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. On September 18, 2007 the Authority adopted certain revisions to the Authority By-laws, and adopted or revised certain policies and committee charters of the Authority to achieve compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. On October 18, 2011, the CCDC Board again made changes to the Corporate Bylaws and the Authority’s Committee Structure to improve compliance with the 2009 Public Authorities Reporting Act or PARA.
