PUBLIC HEARING, TOWN BOARD OF GENOA November 4, 2015 A Public Hearing was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on November 4, 2015. Present Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor Cheryl Shields, Board Member Don Slocum, Board Member Brandon White, Board Member Al Board Member Sue Moss, Clerk The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Supervisor Lorie Sellen-Gross with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The Board reviewed the 2016 tentative budget. The Supervisor needed to look into the cell tower income anticipated for 2016. She also requested approval for two transfers; one for the Highway and one for the Justice. RESOLUTION 61-2015 APPROVAL OF TRANSFERS WITHIN THE PRESENT BUDGET FOR THE HIGHWAY AND THE JUSTICE On a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member Slocum, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 5 Sellen-Gross, White, Shields, Slocum Nays 0 Resolved that the two budget transfers be approved. The Final Preliminary Budget will be reviewed and voted upon at the regular Town Board meeting on November 11, 2015. With no further business, on a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member Slocum, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. Carried unanimously. Susan B. Moss, Town Clerk
