1 Village of Fair Haven End of Fiscal Year Board of Trustees Meeting May 30, 2017 The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Board members present Mayor James Basile, Deputy Mayor Walter Krehling, Trustee Holley Webster-Goolden, Trustee Judith Dunaway and Trustee Peter Hanford. Also present Clerk-Treasurer Terri DiGregorio and DPW Supervisor Roger Granatiero. ABSTRACT #13 VOUCHERS: The following vouchers were signed and approved for payment on a motion by Trustee Dunaway and seconded by Trustee Webster-Goolden. All aye, motion carried. • General Fund: $7,618.30 • Water Fund: $2,295.41 BUDGET MODIFICATIONS: The following budget modifications were approved on a motion by Trustee Dunaway and seconded by Trustee Webster-Goolden. All aye, motion carried. • Transfer $636.72 from Ambulance Contractual Meds/Supplies to Ambulance Contractual • Transfer $246.50 from Street Maintenance Contractual to Permanent Improvements Capital Outlay • Transfer $635.62 from Safety Inspection Contractual to Safety Inspection Personal Services • Transfer $3,737.05 from Parks Contractual to Parks Personal Services NEW BUSINESS: • On a motion by Trustee Webster-Goolden and seconded by Trustee Dunaway Mayor Basile was authorized to sign the authorization for Thoma Development to proceed with application for the 2017 New York Main Street Grant (NYMS) on behalf of the Village of Fair Haven. All aye, motion carried. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m. on a motion by Trustee Webster-Goolden and seconded by Trustee Dunaway. All aye, motion carried.
