TOWN OF SUMMERHILL Town Hall Budget Workshop Meeting September 24, 2018 7pm Town Board Members Present: Susan Stout, Supervisor Christopher Ryan, Councilman Duane Reynolds, Councilman Daniel Ripley, Councilman (7:05) Mary Osgood, Councilwoman Town Board Members Absent: None Other Officers Present: John Kirk Residents: None Visitors: None Guests: None Recording Secretary: Carol Chase The meeting was called to order at 7:07 pm by Susan Stout. All stood for the pledge to the flag. A. The Tentative Budget was reviewed line by line. The Board made the following changes. A1220.41 Bookkeeper Salary- $500 increase A1450.4 Elections- $1,100 a decrease of $900 A1990.0 Contingency account- $24,000 an increase of $15,000 Ambulance Contractual -$11,558 CHIPS Revenue $65,000 B. Executive Session: Motion 101-2018 Susan Stout made a motion to go into Executive Session at 9:20pm pm to discuss personnel and litigation, seconded by Chris Ryan Carried 5 ayes Stout, Reynolds, Ryan, Osgood, Ripley 0 nays Motion 102-2018 Mary Osgood made a motion to come out of Executive Session at 9:37pm, seconded by Dan Ripley Carried 5 ayes Stout, Ryan, Reynolds, Osgood, Ripley 0 nays Motion 103-2018: Mary Osgood made a motion to authorize Susan Stout to contact Suzanne Galbato to represent the Town in the Ward Lawsuit, seconded by Chris Ryan.
