Comments received from RD on July 6th – have been addressed and response letter sent back July 18th Comments received from NYSDOT on July 18th – working to address comments – one issue with DOT culvert on State Route 104A to work out (between Teachout Rd and Sterling Station Rd) No comments yet from Cayuga County Health Dept. – Spoke with regional engineer this morning – she has been out of the office but will make a priority this week Once all comments are addressed and we get the OK from RD we can advertise for bid (three week bid duration). Will review bids, award project, and get contractor started asap. If all goes as planned – construction is estimated to start mid-late October. Completion of construction will be weather dependent – restoration work will be required in the spring.
