SPECIAL MEETING, TOWN BOARD OF GENOA January 28, 2015 A Special meeting of the Town Board of Genoa, Cayuga County, State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on January 28, 2015 Present Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor (absent) Cheryl Shields, Board Member Don Slocum, Board Member Brandon White, Board Member (absent) Al Board Member (absent) Sue Moss, Clerk The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Deputy Supervisor Cheryl Shields with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Verizon cell tower proposal. Cheryl and Don reviewed the email from the Town attorney concerning this proposal. They agreed that a firm (consulting or law) needs to be found that specializes in this sort of business and can give the Board some direction and advice. Because there was no quorum present, no resolution was passed. With no further business, on a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member Slocum, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. Carried unanimously. Susan B. Moss, Town Clerk
