SPECIAL MEETING, TOWN BOARD OF GENOA November 15, 2017 A special meeting of the Town Board of Genoa, Cayuga County, State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on November 15, 2017 Present Lorie Sellen-Gross, (absent) Paul Wheeler Cheryl Shields, Board Member Don Slocum, Board Member Brandon White, Board Member Al Board Member Sue Moss, Clerk The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Deputy Supervisor Cheryl Shields with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. After some discussion, board members voted on the Final Preliminary Budget for 2018 RESOLUTION 107-2017 APPROVAL OF FINAL PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR 2018 On a motion of Board member seconded by Board member Slocum, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 4 Slocum, Shields, White, Nays 0 Resolved to pass the Final Preliminary Budget for 2018 With no further business, on a motion of Deputy Supervisor Shields, seconded by Board member Slocum, the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m. Carried unanimously.
